Usually when people travel, they normally take pictures or videos on their phones, and often those people post them on social media like Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat... something very simple and normal... But I go the extra mile and write a whole blog post about my trips.

I normally don't go on many trips or vacations, so this one was a very special one and indeed needed to blog my experience on here.

On June 16, me and two of my friends flew to Cabo San Lucas for a four day getaway trip.

It was a short trip as we only stayed there for four nights, but we made the most of those four days and made some memorable memories. To make it short... I was drunk for most of the nights but man was I living my best life.

Swimming with fish, riding a camel, and riding some camels.... these are days I will never forget and will always keep, even though some nights seem a little too blurry, this has been the best trip so far and I am grateful I had a good group of friends to go with.

Day 1

The first day we were there, we instantly got ourselves inside the pool. It was too hot to be wasting a single day not getting ourselves wet inside the beautiful waters of Mexico. Inside the resort's pool, we got a nice view from the beach and we were inside next to a bar that they had at the pool. It already felt like paradise.

The resort we stayed at was called Posada De Real and it honesty was a great spot to stay at. Very beautiful and great service to be around with. The only down side was about the distance it was from actual Cabo San Lucas. 30 Minutes, which isn't bad since we had great Uber service by our two Uber chauffeurs Arturo and Javier.

Anyways, the hotel was great and the food there was deliciouso. Open buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ate like no other there so I blame that for helping me gain weight.

After we got inside the pool, we then went to get ready and headed to the bar after.

My little outfit for the night moment with a beautiful view in the background. Still can't get enough.

The bar we go. :)

The night then ended us heading to the nightclubs of Cabo San Lucas.

We got an Uber to take us over there. 30 minutes away, we were walking down Cabo San Lucas and what a show.

I did not take enough pictures of the location itself but I did take some videos and I did have a blast being there. It reminded me a lot of the Las Vegas Strip, with bars and nightclubs all around the block. We ended up going inside the Squid Roe Nightclub.

We danced and drank our night away listening to old school rap and some reggaeton, lowkey like a Las Vegas or any California nightclub.

We left the bar at 11pm since that was the time they closed (I know bummer huh) and back to our hotel we go to end our first official night at Cabo!

Day 2

Day 2 of our extravaganzas at Cabo started off us being a little hungover ( no not really??)

Our day 2 was primarily spent going to Cactus Tours where we spent riding ATVS and also riding a camel.

***** This side of the blog consists of a lot of pictures****

My little outfit moment. Felt really touristy in this cute outfit.

ATV time!

I really rode these ATVs like a bad b*tch!

During the tour, they took us down on some dirt roads through the beach which was so amazing to get to see the ocean from one side while you are driving through these sand dunes of the beach.

This was my first time riding these ATVS and it was a great and amazing experience to have done.

Next came the camel ride!

For our cactus tour, we did the bundle where we first rode on these ATVS and then get to ride on these camels across the beach.

Again, it was my first time riding on a camel, and this was actually a scary experience since we were on these alive animals and it felt like my butt was going to break with these huge humpbacks, but totally an awesome experience!

Crossed this off my bucketlist!

After we went on Cactus Tours, we headed back to the hotel, ate dinner, and decided to go out clubbing again back to Cabo San Lucas.

We called our Uber plug and he took us back to the clubs. Again we went inside to Squid Roe because we liked the price and also liked the bar.

Not gonna lie, Thursday night was better than Friday night but we still had a blast and also had one too many drinks.

I remember that night really hit but we still got back to the hotel safely before 12a.m.

Our little cute asses had a blast.

DAY 3

Saturday! Couldn't believe it already was Saturday. Time did literally fly by on our trip but we for sure tried to make the best out of every single day.

This day we had planned to go snorkeling and go on a boat. Crazy huh? Never have I ever been snorkeling before but I was super excited.

We got picked up by our second Uber plug and headed to Cabo San Lucas where we were than taken to the pier to find our boat for this snorkeling trip.

I was blown away how beautiful Cabo San Lucas really was during the day time because it looks so much different then it does during the night.

Beautiful waters and buildings, I wish I took more photos of this beautiful city.

After entering the boat, we instantly felt like a party vibe. Loud music and drinks were being served - we were living our best lives at this point.

It took us a minute for us to start heading to the ocean, but as soon as we were cruising down to the middle of the ocean, I was enjoying the view of the water and the city of Cabo from a far.

I got to experience seeing some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen on this trip and of course I wanted to take some pictures of it as well as me on the boat.

and again... I wish I took more because more than is never enough.

After having multiple photoshoots on the boat, we officially stopped at our stop point to go snorkeling. It was not what I expected it to be because this was just where we were able to go and swim inside the ocean without any navigation of how to look for fish (which I thought was the point of snorkeling) but the point was we were still able to go inside the ocean and swim.

I think my major "breaking point" of this activity was when I decided to jump off the boat on the second floor to the ocean because one I am terrified of heights and two I am also scared of the ocean (not gonna lie), especially since I am not a strong swimmer.

However, I am still proud for doing it and getting away from my fears to enjoy my best moments of my life.

After an hour or so being in the middle of the ocean swimming and seeing a few fish with some goggles, we went back to shore and that concluded our snorkeling/ boat party extravaganza for the day.

Left feeling no regrets off the trip. (Probably just not taking enough pictures, but we still enjoyed the moments).

The boat arrived back to shore around 4 p.m. After it arrived, we stopped at some shops they had near the pier to look and browse around for souvenirs before our Uber driver picked us up to take us back to the hotel.

When we arrived, we went to go and eat at the buffet, as well as later spend the night swimming inside the pool of the hotel.

We pretty much called it our night, just hanging, drinking around the pool. Not a bad evening.

DAY 4

Day 4 and pretty much our last day at Cabo :(

So sad because I was enjoying so much my time there and didn't want my vacation to end!

The day, Sunday, started calling my dad to tell him "Happy Father's Day." It was sad I couldn't be at home to spend the day with my family but I still wanted to call him just to let him know I was thinking about him and missed my family.

After giving my family a call, we then went for breakfast at the buffet. The food was always bussin at the buffet (especially for breakfast).

This was a dinner meal they served, but what I was saying was there food was top delicious.

Sunday was spent going on our private ATV tour with Rancho San Cristobal. Honestly we all preferred this tour over Cactus Tours just because it was more inexpensive compared to Cactus Tours. Rancho also was more personal since it was more private with just us four being on the tour while on Cactus, we were with a group.

During the tour, we each got our individual ATV in which we all followed our guide tour, Brenda, who was super sweet and attentive to our needs. We followed a trail through the desert which then leaded to a private beach riding through the beach's dirt domes to then having our own private beach photo shoot. 😍😍

Here are some of my favorite pictures of the tour.

This was my second time using the ATVS so I felt more comfortable using it but I was still worried I might fall or tip over (which luckily I wasn't).

I literally had a blast riding ATVs and hopefully I am able to get myself riding on one them again because it is such an amazing thing to try.

After our ATV tour, we then were served with lunch ( a cheese quesedilla made of homemade tortillas with some Jamaica). Hella bomb! 👌 and the view of our lunch! 😍😍

I wanted to stay there and go on another tour. They even do Horse riding tours.

I really encourage and recommend anyone who does travel to Cabo to get them to tour with them because they are inexpensive for the high quality experience you get and their tour guides are so sweet and kind.

You will won't regret them at all.

After our private tour, we headed back to our hotel and it was similar to Saturday night where we spent the night swimming in the pool and even headed to the beach.

What sucked about the beach of our hotel was that the waves were pretty high and there was riptides causing it unsafe to swim in them. My crazy ass still wanted to get in them even though my friends were pushing myself away from them.. but you know what alcohol does to you... .

However, we were still able to sit and watch the waves as we relaxed our last night away in Cabo.

That Sunday night was like a movie and I don't want to go too in depth of what happened but it was those nights where it seemed so pure like a scene of a movie where the next day you wake up and think if it actually happened or not because you were too drunk to even realize what happened that night.

I guess short story of what happened on Sunday night was we spent the whole night pretty much going swimming in the Jacuzzi and watching the waves at 12- 3 a.m. with some peeps we meet there, who we will never see again, but shoutout to the guy who gave me his bucket hat as a souvenir.

Totally wish that night never ended but it ended us going to sleep around 3 to 4 in the morning and then having to wake our asses up the next day at 7 to get our COVID test done.

But again... no regrets at all!

Day 5

Good-bye Cabo! Monday came and boy was I sad. I did not want to leave but yet the day arrived and we had to leave for the airport.

We left to the airport at 10a.m. and spent the whole day pretty much going from one airport to another and waiting a 6 hour layover at the Guadalajara airport where I got the plug on the candies they sell there.

Monday was a long day, just sitting and waiting on our flight but we ended up arriving back to Fresno at almost 1a.m on Tuesday.

Tired and exhausted, I crashed right when I got home and that literally concluded my vacation...

Except the plus sign was I still had a whole other week off from work where I then really took the week to relax and not do anything but sleep and chill.

Summing it up....

I guess if you got to this part of the blog, congrats because I know it was long, but I mean never really do I go on these types of trips nor vacations where I literally am enjoying life. And I mean I really had the best time of my life and this will forever be in my most memorable moments of my life. Of course I wanted to capture some of the best moments and store it somewhere I can later look back at and relive these moments with these crazy pictures and storytelling I shared on this blog.

Cabo you were one for the books for sure and I can't wait to go back soon!

Thanks for the memories. Until next time, you will be missed!

Bye,

Sandra Gutierrez
